About
RITA & CADENZA
We live in a world that moves too fast. Everything’s optimized, monetized, branded — yet somehow, less alive. But here, something different happens. Here, music isn’t noise — it’s narrative. It’s the pulse that connects us beyond words.
RITA & CADENZA Miami was born for those who still listen. For the diggers, the dreamers, the selectors who spend hours chasing that perfect record — not because it’s trending, but because it means something. This room isn’t about fame or flash. It’s about the sacred exchange between sound and soul. The subtle crackle of vinyl. The warm bassline that moves through your chest. The silence between notes that says more than words ever could. There are no algorithms here.
No sponsors telling us what to play. Just curators who follow intuition, artists who play from the heart, and a community that values depth over volume. In times where culture is being commodified, places like this become temples. Every night here is a small act of resistance — a reminder that music is not content, it’s communion. So come. Listen deeply. Feel the groove. Protect these spaces. Because when rooms like this fade, we don’t just lose sound — we lose soul.
Why RITA?: coming from MargheRITA pizza is called that after Queen MargheRITA of Savoy, who was supposedly served the pizza in Naples in 1889. The pizza's toppings of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil were said to represent the colors of the Italian flag, and it was named in her honor.
Why CADENZA?: The meaning of CADENZA is a parenthetical flourish in an aria or other solo piece commonly just before a final or other important cadence.
